An Overview Of The Event
The POPA Annual Convention is a multi-day event that offers a comprehensive program packed with informative presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities. The convention brings Pilatus aircraft owners, pilots, maintenance professionals, and industry experts to discuss various aspects of aircraft ownership, operation, and safety.
Attendees can participate in educational sessions led by experienced professionals throughout the convention. They will cover topics such as operational best practices, safety management systems, maintenance updates, and regulatory compliance. Moreover, the event provides excellent opportunities for networking and building relationships.
Basic Information About Registration Guidelines
Registration after May 31st will be $995/per person. Other guidelines include the following:
- If you want to attend the seminars, welcome reception, and all meals on Thursday and Friday, you must pay the complete registration fee of $995 per person.
- When attending the Wednesday welcome reception, you must buy a separate meal ticket for $200 per person. For the Thursday and Friday dinners, you also need to purchase a separate meal ticket for each dinner for $250 per person.
This applies to all member and vendor guests, as well as their spouses and significant others who only plan to attend those particular evenings. It’s important to note that these tickets must be bought during registration and won’t be sold at the event venue.
- No refunds are available.
What Registration Includes
The POPA Annual Convention registration fee includes the following:
- 2 days of seminars and educational sessions
- Sessions to share best practices
- Vendor demonstrations and displays
- The Annual Auction
- Designated time to network with other Pilatus owners and pilots, Pilatus personnel (from Broomfield and Stans), and Pilatus Center representatives.
- A Welcome Reception on Wednesday.
- All beverages and food at meals on Thursday and Friday.
- Thursday evening dinner at Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que.
