Ron Lay

Originally from Iowa, Ron moved to Arizona to pursue an education at Northern Arizona University and was compelled to stay in Arizona after his education. His experience includes time as an SBA Loan Officer for Bank One, then loan processing and credit analyst positions with National Bank of Arizona, Sonoran Bank, and eventually JP Morgan Chase. Ron brings a background of over 20 years in the mortgage and banking industry to AirFleet’s loan operations department (credit analysis and contracting). His unique skillset will have an immediate impact on AirFleet’s expanding capabilities.

Favorite Airplane:The P-51 Mustang.
Best Aviation Moment: Flying out of John Wayne Airport in CA. On takeoff you go straight up and then they drop over the city due to noise regulations.
Words I live by: The Golden Rule.
Where I got my start: I started my career in the banking industry with Sonoran Bank as a credit analysts and then moved to Chase Bank where I worked as a mortgage loan processor.
Outside of the office: I enjoy spending time with my family, playing guitar and watching NFL Football.
