Brandon Juarez

Brandon Juarez grew up in Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing & Management from Iowa State University. While in school, he launched a landscaping/ grounds business, which shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and taught him the importance of creating value and building lasting relationships.

He stays connected to his Guatemalan roots through his family’s specialty coffee business, broadening his perspective and deepening his understanding of global trade and agriculture.

Before his current role, Brandon built a strong foundation in equipment finance in Scottsdale, excelling in both client and OEM relationships. Motivated by his family and a drive for personal growth and freedom, he approaches every opportunity with ambition, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Where I got my start: My finance experience and career started as an equipment finance broker in Scottsdale, AZ but I’ve always had an interest in the Aviation Industry. Grateful to be a part of AirFleet.
