Remembering Kym Mick
We welcome you to join us in remembering and celebrating the life of Kym Mick, a member of the AirFleet team for over 20 years. Kym had an unending passion for many things, and we are so very fortunate that one of them was aviation.
Kym was born in Ohio in 1970, obtained her Bachelors’ degree from THE Ohio State University, and then held positions with a handful of aviation businesses before AirFleet found her. She had so many passions, including rescue animals (her many dogs and cats over the years), enjoying wildlife, the outdoors or visits to the beach, Jeeps, dancing, her alma mater (regardless of if they were winning), and the Holidays.
Her energy was boundless, and she was an incredibly hard worker, putting in countless hours especially at year-end to make sure clients could realize their dream of aircraft ownership. Kym’s relentless passion, commitment and loyalty was instrumental in AirFleet’s growth.
Kym loved the holidays and was able to enjoy her final Christmas before passing on December 28 in the early hours. She was at home with her best friend, Sonjia, with her dog, Maddie, and cats, Tinsing, and Goose, and is now finally at peace after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Kym will live on with all of us at AirFleet, as she was so much more than a colleague or co-worker, she was a close friend to many of us and truly a huge part of our small family.
