Kaden Earley

Kaden joins us from Wells Fargo, where he was a commercial credit analyst. In this role, he completed credit analyses for Middle Market Commercial Clients, including spreading financials, recommending credit structures to both client managers and commercial underwriters. Kaden is an ASU graduate, and while attending ASU held a financial analyst position at a local trucking company and also worked in sales at Waste Management. He also worked at Rocket Mortgage during COVID, so he has quite a bit of experience working a heavy pipeline.

Kaden is a native Arizonan, one of the few in the office, actually, but also adds to the growing ASU fan base at AirFleet. Undoubtedly, this means he’s also a disgruntled Suns and Cardinals fan, but that may come out more over time. In his free time, he enjoys playing in an adult sand volleyball league. He also enjoys snowboarding and hopes to have his private pilot’s license in the near future.

Where I got my start: My first professional job was working as a mortgage banker at Quicken Loans in 2021.
Outside of the office: I am an avid snowboarder and I love traveling to new ski resorts across the country.
