- Complete Application – sign/date page 3.
- Personal Financial Statement (PFS) can be completed on our application form or you may attach your own.
- Copy of your Bank/Brokerage Statements (as listed on PFS) – account summary statements verifying name, date and balance.
- 2 Years Federal Tax Returns including schedules, statements, W2s & K1s.
- Current Paystub
- Aircraft Specification Sheet
Business(es) Applicant Owns
All information listed above, plus:
- 2 Years Federal Tax Returns including schedules, statements & K1s.
- Year-to-date Financials (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Copy of Corporate Bank/Brokerage Statements
For Loans over $1Million
All information listed above, plus:
- 3 Years of Personal and Corporate Tax Returns.
- If available, please include 3 years CPA-Audited, reviewed or compiled financials with notes.
